Well Shandra and Randy Mangum didn't wait too long after we arrived from Texas. Within an hour of our arrival Shandra went to the hospital and at 12:09 am 4 March 2007 the new baby boy was born. Randy the proud father's first words of wisdom within seconds of the birth was "Hey Dude, welcome to the world". Mom and Dad are still discussing names. More to follow. The world's newest baby boy is now Tanner Randolph Mangum
